Kung Fu means Skill
through discipline. It is over 2,000 years old and is passed down from father,
to son, to daughter. It is a family and traditionally from China. In China
there are only 3 color of belts:
White – Student
Brown – Teacher
Black – Disciple
Followers of Kung Fu
are non-aggressive and humble. Kung Fu is the Chinese form of boxing or karate.
At the Stoneboro School of Kung Fu and Tai Chi we study the form of Kung Fu known as Kun Tao.
Kun Tao was developed by Grand Master willem Reeders during the 1930s and 1940s. There are currently 3 schools in our
system as taught by Grand Master Reeders' student Master Robert Servidio (The longest to train from GM Reeders and recieve
the entire system).
